Founder
Phil Sidhwa has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in public works infrastructure development, management and operations; including integrated management solutions for organics, renewable energy, solid waste, wastewater, and class A and B Biosolids.

Consulting Services
- Facilitating effective relationships and developing partnerships between companies and municipalities
- Assisting provincial agencies and industry groups in forming and developing new regulations and policies
- Advising on procurement and pricing of projects related to the organics and biosolids industry
- Developing municipal masterplans

Expertise
Biosolids and Digestate Management
- Process management relating to bag breaking, organics separation and polishing, residual solid waste management, transport, pumping and mixing, digestate treatment, dewatering and beneficial use, decant purification
- Development and management of turnkey Biosolids class A and B solutions
- Performing audits of land application
- Conducting of Nutrient Management Act approvals for Non-Agricultural Source Materials (NASM)
- Infrastructure development of sites including storage facilities and equipment requirements
- Providing operational expertise to maximize efficiency and optimize field and site processes
- Managing a variety of organics from municipalities, commercial institutions and farms
Renewable Energy from Organics
- Introducing and piloting new and innovative technologies into the Ontario marketplace in partnership with municipal clients, provincial agencies and academic institutions
- Creating innovative solutions to enhance biogas and energy generation for electricity and renewable natural gas (RNG) in wastewater and waste treatment facilities.
- Facilitation of co-digestion of SSO in municipal digesters to improve biogas production and to decrease waste disposal costs.
- Digestate handling including transportation, storage and beneficial reuse
